The STAR technique will give you a good guideline:
Create answers to sample interview questions based on a template such as “Situation – Task – Action – Result” with specific details from your work experience. This is known as the STAR technique:
Describe a situation you were in.
A colleague was struggling with a task.
Tell the interview panel what you decided to do.
I thought about how I might be able to help.
Describe what you actually did.
I gave my colleague examples of how I improved my own performance.
Tell the interview panel what happened as a result of your actions.
His/her performance improved dramatically.
If you practice answering common interview questions by using the STAR technique, you will have a good support frame available for your interview.
