When you fill in our Free Immigration Assessment form, where you provide essential information for our team to be able to tailor the assistance you need.

We analyse and store all communications content, including email content from incoming and outgoing emails. This allows us to deliver, personalise and develop relevant content and services.
When you sign up for services that require your financial information or complete transactions with us, we may collect your payment and billing information.

Our third-party partners (such as Google) collect information from your devices (computers, mobile phones, tablets, etc.), that allows us to recognise and associate your activity across devices. With your prior written consent only: We will share information with Government agencies as necessary for your visa application process, i.e. Immigration New Zealand or the New Zealand Qualifications Authority.

For legal purposes. We may access, preserve and disclose information to investigate, prevent or take action in connection with: legal process and legal requests; establishing or exercising our legal rights or defending against legal claims; or as otherwise required by law.
