As specialists in their field their industry knowledge is second to none, and they are always looking to exceed customer expectations. With this in mind, they are looking for a superstar Sales Assistant to join their team.
To be successful in this role you will be / have:
- Experienced in delivering excellent customer service
- Experience in the engineering industry would be an advantage but not essential
- A quick learner
- The ability to build strong relationships
- A great personality with natural people skills
- Motivated by the opportunity to learn the product range
- Attention to detail
As the Sales Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Meeting and greeting all visitors to the showroom in a friendly and professional manner
- Processing orders
- Ensuring all products are presented well on shelves or in displays
- Managing stock levels
- Ensuring all sales orders are processed into sales invoices
- Packing orders and printing dispatch labels ready for couriers
- Responding to phone enquiries and email enquiries
- Ensuring a well presented tidy clean showroom
- Utilising a range of sales techniques to seal the deal
- Proactively managing clients through exceptional customer service
The key to your success in this role will be your approachable manner in delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships.
