About this role:
As the Director of Marketing, Communications, and Engagement, you will spearhead the formulation and implementation of strategies aimed at heightening interest in our programs, amplifying brand presence, and nurturing engagement within our clients' varied communities and stakeholder groups. Success in this role hinges on a strategic mindset grounded in thorough market analysis and insights derived from data, all aimed at ensuring alignment with the company's overarching objectives.
Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will revolve around creating and executing thorough strategies aimed at increasing applications and inquiries across all our programs. This involves sparking interest in our offerings and fostering robust connections within our communities and with stakeholders. Additionally, you'll delve into qualitative and quantitative market analysis to guide the creation of impactful marketing, communication, and engagement plans that align with our overall strategy.
You'll also be tasked with customising sales strategies for both domestic and international markets, tailoring approaches to specific countries and products. Collaboration with relevant teams will be key in driving business expansion and pinpointing fresh opportunities for growth.

Essential:
- Extensive experience and expertise in strategic marketing and communications leadership.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and achieve targets effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and end-user requirements.
- Demonstrated proficiency in stakeholder relationship management.
- Significant experience in team leadership and people management.
- Hands-on experience in operational marketing and communications, including brand management.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and effective risk management.
