This is an exciting role where you will be part of this employer's growing Electrical Services Team in Hamilton. This is a newly awarded contract where you will be working with a passionate new team and have the opportunity to make a difference on contract delivery and network management.
THE JOB
Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be part of a small and dedicated team of Design Estimators that will look after the design, estimating, and project design packaging of a variety of electrical projects for Wel Network. You will be looking after a variety of projects that range from small to medium scale and with a value of 5K to 150K. You will be looking after up to a dozen projects at any stage, at any given time.
ABOUT YOU
This role will suit a candidate who has come from a technical background and whose estimating will be informed by their hands-on operations experience. You will preferably have experience in Electrical projects within the Distribution, Industrial, Communications, Power Generation, or Transmission sectors.
iA trade or technical qualification will be advantageous.
