They are seeking a dynamic, high achieving Business Development Manager who has technical expertise in the coatings sector, with the ability to communicate with a diverse mix of Architects, Engineers, Specifiers etc.  They seek someone who has ideally had experience selling into these Sectors and who also has a passion for this exciting industry.

The preferred candidate will be:

  • A driven, results focused sales achiever with experience in the industrial/chemical sector (good engineering acumen essential).
  • A strong communicator able to establish rapport with a diverse range of personalities from Senior Engineers/Consultants, Specifiers, Applicators and End Users, where through your expertise. Typically this employers product is specified on plans.
  • Someone who understands the importance of adding value to your customers by proactive troubleshooting and product training.
  • Commercially savvy with impressive technical acumen (NACE 1 or NACE 2 qualifications would be highly desirable)
  • Demonstrated experience in territory management
  • Excellent commercial acumen and the ability to negotiate win/win outcomes
