About the You/Role
You will have experience running scrum teams and have the ability to look at enhancing solutions using Scaled Agile methodologies, having operated in fast paced Agile environments. You have excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate and present ideas and concepts.
Skills and experience required:
- 5+ years Scrum Master experience.
- Ability to manage scrum process and team.
- Qualified in Agile, Scrum based delivery (preferably SAFe)
- Experience leading teams using agile methodologies and techniques.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- A high degree of energy.
