What You'll Be Doing:
Continuous Improvement:
- Lead Continuous Improvement projects in manufacturing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for positive business-focused results.
- Implement improvement initiatives and drive positive change.
Process Technology:
- Coordinate with NPD to drive successful implementation of new products and processes across the site.
- Project manage and report on all factory trials.
- Develop and communicate process documentation.
Health and Safety Coordination:
- Manage Workers Compensation Claims and support injured workers' Return to Work.
- Develop, implement, and review H&S procedures and programs.
- Design and deliver engaging H&S Induction and Training materials.
What You Need:
- A degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering or similar.
- Proven experience in manufacturing, preferably in the food industry.
- Background in process optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead Continuous Improvement projects.
- Proactive and positive approach to work, influencing positive change.
