‍What You'll Be Doing:

Continuous Improvement:

• Lead Continuous Improvement projects in manufacturing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for positive business-focused results.
• Implement improvement initiatives and drive positive change.

Process Technology:‍

• Coordinate with NPD to drive successful implementation of new products and processes across the site.
• Project manage and report on all factory trials.
• Develop and communicate process documentation.

‍

‍Health and Safety Coordination:‍

• Manage Workers Compensation Claims and support injured workers' Return to Work.
• Develop, implement, and review H&S procedures and programs.
• Design and deliver engaging H&S Induction and Training materials.

What You Need:‍

• A degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering or similar.
• Proven experience in manufacturing, preferably in the food industry.
• Background in process optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead Continuous Improvement projects.
• Proactive and positive approach to work, influencing positive change.
