About the role
They are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding business, supported not only by an engaged management team, but also collaborative & supportive peers.The role will involve a wide range of tasks (but will initially flex to fit your strengths, they want you to thrive!):
- Business development & account management - with room and support to bring your flair.
- Networking broadly across various spaces.
- Candidate sourcing, engaging, screening, interviewing & reference checking.
- Accurate documentation in the CRM.
- Project management across various activities concurrently.
- Collaborating across a range of stakeholders - with a big focus on the team.
Skills & Experience
- A natural ability to build relationships.
- Fantastic communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong computer skills and digital literacy.
- A thorough approach to work and affinity with following process to ensure a job done well.
- Comfort working at pace.
- A hunger for helping people and the awareness to allow you to match candidates into working environments where they will thrive.
- Experience in a manufacturing, engineering or another technical environment, is an advantage.
- Recruitment experience (ideally in technical fields) is highly sought after but not mandatory (additional training and support is available, as required).
