Are you a proven GM or a National Operations Manager with health sector experience seeking a new opportunity?

About this Role:

This is a pivotal leadership role in which you will be joining a leading provider of community and home-based healthcare and support. You will report to the CEO and unite your national team to coordinate the effective delivery of services. This organisation is looking for someone who has a strong focus on people, performance, budgets, quality and innovation, and stakeholder management.

Ideally, you will have a background in senior operational or management/leadership roles from within community health and/or social services. You will have experience leading large teams of managers, including clinical and non-clinical staff.
