About this role:
As the Electrical Supervisor, you will be accountable for providing field-based supervision of allocated crew/s to meet the performance obligations of the contractual agreement in accordance with the plans and time frame, and meeting or exceeding client KPI’s / expectations.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Ensure quality assurance documentation and operating procedures in line with various contract and project specifications.
- Ensure delivery of projects and maintenance work on time and to requirements, including financial reporting and documentation (e.g. WIP).
- Monitor performance of the job, identifying and mitigating any known risks, and escalating when required.
- Allocation of resources to complete assigned responsibilities in line with established planning process and monitor progress and results.
- Managing the stakeholders in a collaborative manner
- Comply with our Risk Management, Quality and Health, Safety and Environment management systems, including statutory obligations.
- Ensure the crew/s have the capability and engagement to deliver the project safely.
About you:
The successful candidate will need to have confidence in managing relationships, problem-solving, decision-making, and be able to work collaboratively. You will need to have technical competencies as well as an understanding of responsibilities as PCBU and SMEI for Supervision
Other skills, experience, and qualifications required:
- Typically 3 years of proven experience in respective trade after completion of training/apprenticeship.
- Experience in Industrial, Transmission, Generation and Distribution.
- Experience in managing customer relations.
- Class 1 Drivers License.
- Fluent written and verbal English skills
- Relevant registration and recognised trade certification.
