About the practice & the role:
- 4-5 days a week negotiable
- Full time - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with one late night and 1/2 day Saturday or Sunday
- Locum position available as well from 1 December 2023 for 6 weeks, required urgently
- Full and healthy books with very high volume of patients
- Focused on high standards of clinical care for patients
- New chairs, digital x-rays, modern rooms, new dental equipment, surgical motor, sedation, implant equipment, trios scanner and a sirona CBCT (OPG coming soon)
- Offering patients general and emergency dentistry including sedation, implants, crown and bridge and surgical extractions
- 40% commission for the first $450,000 in revenue - then incremental percentage increases after that
- Hands on mentoring provided for treatment planning, communication and clinical skills
- Supportive, friendly staff with induction process for new employees.
About you:
- Ideally 3+ years clinical experience in a similar role or happy to consider a new graduate
- Knowledge of and proficiency with all aspects of general dentistry
- Comfortable and confident with surgical extractions
- Passionate about providing exceptional patient care
- Confident planning and discussing treatment plans with patients
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
