About this role:
The Sealing Contract Manager will be responsible for ensuring the profitable and viable growth of Sealing Contracts. The role is a critical part of our team, your key responsibilities include;
- Planning and tendering – Production of contract methodology, budgets and programmers alongside Estimators
- Outcome Management - Plan and direct operations to achieve and exceed requirements
- Client management
- Maintaining all Safety, Environmental and Quality assurance systems
Important skills:
With substantial project and people management experience, and a firm foundation of working in Sealing, Paving, Surfacing and/or Civil Construction, you will have the knowledge and confidence to tackle this role. We’d also value;
- A tertiary qualification or equivalent in engineering or business management
- Proven contract management experience with responsibility and accountability for staff, plant and return on investment
- Proven track record in identifying, researching and developing marketplace opportunities
- Demonstrated experience developing a culture that supports SQE management, encouraging and rewarding excellence
- The ability to create and deliver a strong customer focus culture
- Clear demonstration of leadership behaviours that empower others to make decisions, deliver and succeed
