Overview: Apply psychology principles to administration, management, sales, and marketing that include policy planning, employee testing and selection, training and development, and organisational development and analysis.

• Serve as the link between management and employees by handling inquiries, administering contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems
• Prepare and maintain employment records related to hiring, termination, leave, transfers and promotions
• Create, interpret, and explain human resources policies and procedures
• Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork
• Analyse, process and inform employee details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, schedules, working conditions and promotion opportunities

As part of my master’s degree in clinical psychology, I completed an internship in California in 2017, where I worked with an average of 5 clients with serious psychological disorder diagnosis on a weekly basis, to help them reach their employment goals as part of their recovery.
