Changes to applications for Family of Temporary Visa Holders

From 1 June 2026, visa applications for family of temporary visa holders will be submitted and processed in enhanced Immigration Online.

Visitor, work, and student visas for children or partners of temporary visa holders are all included in the transition. They will join the Accredited Employer Work Visa, Permanent Resident Visa and other visitor and student visas as we gradually move all visas onto our enhanced platform.

Applications from the same family unit will be automatically grouped and linked to the supporting partner or parent’s application, for more timely decision‑making.
