About this role:
As a registered nurse, working in Theatre, you will be scrubbing or circulating and ultimately providing safe, efficient and quality patient-centred care. Orthopaedic will be your main focus in this role; however, you will also work across a variety of other surgical specialties including ophthalmology, endoscopy and laparoscopic procedures - with different surgeons and teams.
To be successful in this role you will be:
- Registered Nurse with a current APC
- Recent orthopaedic theatre experience is essential
- Ideally you will be a generalist able to work across multiple specialties
- Professional, eager to learn and highly trainable
- An excellent communicator with brilliant listening skills
- Calm and confident
- Organised, methodical and precise, yet flexible
- Accountable and resilient
- A team player who interacts well with others in this tight knit multidisciplinary team
