The Role
- Engaging closely with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
- Working alongside external implementation consultants
- Translating business needs into solution designs and backlog items
- Supporting data migration planning and mapping activities
- Mapping processes and identifying improvement opportunities
- Supporting testing, UAT preparation and defect triage
- Managing multiple modules across development, testing and implementation phases
- Producing clear documentation, process flows and artefacts
- Acting as a bridge between business teams and technical delivery specialists
About You
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in complex transformation programmes
- Strong process mapping and requirements documentation capability
- Experience working with ERP or enterprise platform implementations ideal
- Confidence supporting data migration workstreams
- Ability to work across multiple concurrent modules and delivery phases
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working with external vendors or system integrators
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
While the title is technical, the role is primarily functional and stakeholder-focused rather than hands-on technical configuration.
