About the role

They are seeking a Talent Scientist to join their expanding business, supported not only by an engaged management team, but also collaborative & supportive peers.

The role will involve a wide range of tasks (but will initially flex to fit your strengths):

  • Networking broadly across various spaces.
  • Candidate sourcing, engaging, screening, interviewing & reference checking.
  • Accurate documentation in the CRM.
  • Project management across various activities concurrently.
  • Collaborating across a range of stakeholders - with a big focus on the team.
  • Supporting Account Management and Business Development programs.

Skills & Experience

  • A natural ability to build relationships.
  • Fantastic communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong computer skills and digital literacy.
  • A thorough approach to work and affinity with following process to ensure a job done well.
  • Comfort working at pace.
  • A hunger for helping people and the awareness to allow you to match candidates into working environments where they will thrive.
  • Knowledge of science, manufacturing, engineering or another technical environment, is an advantage.
  • Recruitment experience is highly sought after but not mandatory (additional training and support is available, as required).
