Talent Resourcer

You will:

  • Follow process to run the recruitment process from connecting with candidates to placing them in new roles
  • Screen CVs and match backgrounds to various job descriptions
  • Phone screen candidates and conduct online interviews
  • Submit ideal candidates to our valued clients
  • Work within the Talent Team and complete other tasks to support our candidates, clients and the wider team.

What you need:

  • Excellent communication skills - you will be connecting with candidates as a priority
  • Strong computer skills and digital literacy
  • A proven record of excellent customer service from a call centre or customer facing position
  • A thorough approach to work and affinity with following process to ensure a job done well
  • A hunger for helping people and the awareness to allow you to match candidates into working environments where they will thrive
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
