You will:
- Follow process to run the recruitment process from connecting with candidates to placing them in new roles
- Screen CVs and match backgrounds to various job descriptions
- Phone screen candidates and conduct online interviews
- Submit ideal candidates to our valued clients
- Work within the Talent Team and complete other tasks to support our candidates, clients and the wider team.
What you need:
- Excellent communication skills - you will be connecting with candidates as a priority
- Strong computer skills and digital literacy
- A proven record of excellent customer service from a call centre or customer facing position
- A thorough approach to work and affinity with following process to ensure a job done well
- A hunger for helping people and the awareness to allow you to match candidates into working environments where they will thrive
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
