The Role
Systems Engineer role with leadership responsibilities for your assigned clients.
You’ll:
- Provide onsite and remote engineering support
- Lead projects for clients
- Act as the primary technical contact for your clients
- Conduct quarterly client meetings to ensure their IT environment is fit for purpose
- Escalate appropriately when needed (knowing your limits matters here)
- Maintain accurate time tracking and documentation (they operate efficiently)
You’ll work closely with Support, Procurement, Accounts and Management teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
About You
You’ll likely bring:
- Experience in a Systems Engineer role (MSP experience preferred but not essential)
- Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge
- Confidence dealing with senior professionals
- Initiative and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently across multiple client environments
- Good judgement - knowing when to escalate
If you’ve come from customer service, hospitality, or other people-facing roles earlier in your career, that’s a plus. We’ve found those backgrounds translate well.
