Service Technician

The Rolleston dealership is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will be involved in servicing a range of agricultural machinery whilst providing exceptional customer service.

Apart from your technical know-how and nous, we are looking for an exceptional individual who is a strong team player that can adapt to any situation. You must also fit well into the wider business and not be averse to learning more about our full line-up of equipment

In this role you will:

• Complete servicing on all machinery efficiently and effectively
• Assemble and conduct checks on new machinery ensuring its readiness for delivery
• Enjoy a varied work environment out in the field and in our modern workshop
• Complete all necessary paperwork
• Maintain and upskill your knowledge of new machinery, technical skills and servicing techniques, with our support
• Communicate with all customers in a professional manner, while representing and promoting the business positively
• Be available for an on-call roster, for after-hours callouts or urgent work as required.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in servicing agricultural machinery or similar
• Qualifications in Diesel/Heavy Machinery Servicing
• Exceptional diagnostic skills
• Proficient ability to use various IT solutions and diagnostic tools in daily activities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Personal organisational skills with the ability to plan and schedule work; and
• The right attitude, taking ownership of your work, supporting customers and contributing to growing the business.
