About the role
Our Kaikoura dealership is seeking an experienced Service Manager to join their small but committed team. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing and motivating the service team, achieving all service KPI’s including revenue targets, and growing our customer base whilst providing exceptional customer service and sales support where needed.

We are looking for applicants who can demonstrate:
- Experience in supervising a workshop with an agricultural machinery focus or similar;
- Qualifications in Diesel/Heavy Machinery servicing;
- Experience in developing and implementing workshop management systems;
- Excellent planning and organisational skills;
- Excellent customer service and communication skills; and
- A proven record of people management and enhancing and growing business opportunities.
