You will be working with a great, tight-knit team within their Service Desk Team to support internal and external customers.
Experience in a service desk or support role, a tertiary qualification in Information Technology or similar, and, have exceptional customer service and communication skills, make sure to contact your job search specialist!
You will be an approachable and cooperative team-player, with a can-do attitude. On a daily basis you will be performing on-site analysis, diagnostics, and resolution of complex desktop and application problems for end-users at their offices and practices across their network, so you must have a customer-focused, friendly and helpful personality.

This employer is a registered charitable trust, which provides primary health care and community health services to an enrolled population of around 315,000, mainly through a network of general practice and employed staff. They have offices in Masterton, Porirua and Wellington.
About you:
- You enjoy collaboration, teamwork and providing support to both your team and customers
- You have experience using Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems and Office Suites including Adobe Reader
- You can demonstrate ability to assist customers over email, chat, phone and remote support tools
- Flexibility to work on a 7 day extended support or on-call roster
- Full, clean Driver's License
- Some inter site travel in the Wellington region will be required
The following experience/education is desirable:
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- MCP certifications
- It will also be beneficial if you have experience working in or supporting Primary Health Organisations and/or General Practices.
