The Role
- Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, from initiation, design, planning, consenting, procurement, construction through to commissioning and handover.
- Develop detailed project plans, scopes, and budgets in alignment with governance and funding models.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, providers, government stakeholders, and industry partners to ensure seamless integration.
- Lead risk identification, assessment and ensure projects meet cost, quality, and timeliness parameters.
- Provide technical and commercial oversight of consultants, designers, and contractors to ensure compliance
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering/Construction Management
- Minimum 8+ years' experience in infrastructure planning and project management within large-scale infrastructure roading projects
- Demonstrated experience operating within complex infrastructure stakeholder environments
- Strong understanding of design, construction, and commissioning processes
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contractual obligations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
