The Role
The role will see you managing a key client relationship project managing the construction phase, having responsibility for QA, financial reporting, budget management/cost control, contractor oversight, programming and risk management. You will play a key role in managing all stakeholders and ensuring robust communications through a range of meetings including PCG Meetings.
About You
As a senior project manager, you will need to come from a construction consultancy/client-side background. You have 10+ years of experience with involvement on projects across industries such as aged care, high rise residential, health, industrial, education, utilities and transport. A tertiary qualification in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Building Science, or Engineering is essential. Leadership qualities, a tenacious attitude and passion for what you do will make the cut in this environment. Your ability to articulate issues, harness relationships and build your own brand in the industry will enable success.
