The Role
- Empowering leaders: Provide expert HR advice and support on all HR aspects, including performance management and disciplinary processes.
- Navigating ER matters: Guide and support managers and employees through employee relations, offering proactive, solutions-focused recommendations.
- Ensuring compliance: Uphold HR and Health & Safety policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Shaping HR best practices: Contribute to developing and refining HR practices, employment policies, and procedures.
- Supporting change: Guide organizational change processes with effective HR techniques.
- Leading projects: Drive or participate in exciting HR projects, from process improvements to organizational transformations.
- Driving insights: Conduct research and analysis to support HR initiatives and tackle challenges.
- Ensuring fairness: Undertake job evaluations to ensure equitable salary setting.
- Maintaining resources: Keeping our HR resources for leaders current and comprehensive.
About You
- Experience: 5+ years of HR Advisory experience covering the entire employee lifecycle.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a unique environment where ambiguity is common, and you can adapt quickly to new situations.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to work collaboratively with our wider team.
- Business acumen: The ability to grasp business priorities and translate them into actionable HR strategies.
