Senior HR Advisor

This employer is on the hunt for a new Senior HR Advisor to join their People team. As a key role within their People team you will work alongside the Snr HRBPs and collaborate closely with People Leaders and employees to provide expert HR advice, guidance, coaching and support.

In this role you'll:

* Be the primary go to person for expert HR advice

* Provide support to leaders and employees in navigating HR and employee relations processes, policies and resolving issues.

* Coordinate the management of the organisation's structure, including job sizing

* Take the lead in overseeing various HR lifecycle events, from performance management to employee exits. This includes ensuring that the remuneration framework remains current, aligned with market standards, and appropriately maintained.

* Collect, analyse and report relevant people data to generate standard and ad hoc people reporting.

* Maintain and update their people policies, ensuring they are in line with the latest legal guidelines and best practices. If necessary, developing new policies to address emerging needs.

* Support the People Coordinator in their role and collaborate closely with the HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and the wider People Team. This involves working together to effectively execute HR initiatives, projects, and processes.

So far so good? Here's what they're looking for from you:

* 5 or more years' HR Advisory/consultant experience across the full gambit of an employee lifecycle.

* In their unique environment you will need to be comfortable with ambiguity and be confident in your ability to adapt quickly in different situations.

* Strong communication skills are vital, as is a willingness to work collaboratively with their wider team.

* The ability to understand business priorities is important, as is the ability to translate these into meaningful actions.

They know some candidates can be reluctant to apply for roles if they feel they don't 'tick all the boxes'.
