About this role:
The role ensures that the Health, Safety, Environment and Wellbeing Management System (HSEWMS) is in place by ensuring strategies, policies, procedures, and risk mitigation controls are developed, reviewed, implemented, and monitored within their area of responsibility.
Key responsibilities:
- Health, Safety & Wellness technical support
- Coaching, mentoring for behavioural change
- Implementing the strategic safety plan
- Incident management & safety culture
- Risk and compliance management
- Audit management
- Wellness, employee health & workplace culture
- Stakeholder engagement
- Safety, training and education
- Lead and drive key safety and wellness projects
- Monthly reporting and administration

Skills & experience:
- 3-5 years in a similar role
- Tertiary qualification or certification required
