Here's what you can expect from this role:
* Using the Braze platform you'll be coming up with innovative ways to use our data to send targeted, automated and dynamic communications (email, push notifications, in app notifications and content cards) that are part of a consumer lifecycle.
* Utilising your excellent research and writing skills and working closely with the B2C marketing team, designers and central LCM analysts you will develop, design, write and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns to a market leading level.
* You will help ensure that all campaign activity is measured and share your successes and learnings. Your campaigns will be reviewed against business goals and tweaked as appropriate to ensure campaign efficiency.
* Be a power user and champion of Braze, understanding how we can use the platform to create relevant and data driven communications. You'll be across enhancements to the platform and share with the wider team.
* Strive to make the delivery to market process as efficient as possible, ensuring campaigns fit within a planner, with a lens on the amount of communications a member receives
* Maintain a wider network of contacts to ensure you're across current business initiatives and data science opportunities.
* With your love of email marketing and best in class practices you'll be the go to person, providing support to the B2C marketing team around customer lifecycle journeys and tactical communications.
What you will bring to our team:
* Experience in email campaign development, execution and delivery
* Previous Experience working in a Marketing Automation platform. Braze would be a big advantage
* The ability to use data to create and assess customer engagement and lifecycle nurture programmes.
* Strong written and verbal communication as you'll be writing a lot of content for our engagement programmes.
* Excellent organisation and time management skills, demonstrating high levels of initiative.
* An energetic and collaborative team player, with a ‘can do’ positive attitude.
