Here's what you can expect from this role:
* Provide expert Commercial and Financial Modelling associated with strategic initiatives including pricing, development and maintenance of a 5 year forecast model, understanding key drivers and levers, and market size.
* Drive and deliver the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
* Provide financial management services, ROI monitoring, financial modelling, business casing, identify cost saving/revenue growth opportunities, and improve the overall commercial capability across Motors.
* Support monthly reporting to Exec and Board, including compilation, review, feedback, and challenge as required.
* Provide commercial support for new product development, and the pricing thereof, and subsequent annual pricing revisions.
What you will bring to the team:
* At least 7 years experience in a commercial business/corporate finance role, ideally within a corporate setting and in a software / technology industry.
* A strategic thinker who has experience with strategy development, financial modelling, core financial management, business improvement identification and solution formulation.
* Have the knowledge, personality, and strong oral and written communication skills to rapidly gain credibility with, and influence, key stakeholders, and challenge people and ideas in a constructive way.
* The ability to work at pace and prioritise effectively.
* A relevant qualification in accounting / finance / economics.
