Senior Account Manager

They are looking for a Senior Account Manager whom will be responsible for managing, growing & retaining 2 to 3 key accounts and ensure optimum ROI.

They offer

  • Base salary ranging from (NZ$75,000 - NZ$95,000) with an OTE & Bonuses of up to NZ$140,000. This depends on your previous experience and capability to manage clients relations.
  • 20 days paid time off
  • the choice to work on up to 12 public holidays in a year. For instances where you have selected to work on any public holidays, you will be entitled for "Days in Lieu" + "A time and a half pay worked on that specific day"
  • Career progression to step up to Client Services Director (managing a team of Account Managers) and/or Business Unit Director (managing one of their locations) within 1-3 years
  • Opportunity to work & travel in their global locations USA, UK, Spain, New Zealand and Philippines.
  • Hybrid work set up (at least 3 days on site + 2 days work from home). During training however, you will be expected to be on site 5 days a week.


You will,

  • Manage a portfolio of key B2B clients (1 to 3 key clients, managing a total revenue of $600K to $1.5M/year across all clients) and provide the highest standard of support, analysis and insights to ensure program success and ultimately increase revenue opportunities.
  • Provide regular Weekly & Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Deliver against a quarterly sales target through a mixture of retention and growth
  • Work cross-functionally with the operational team to ensure programs are performing to the client’s expectations
  • Working with the leadership team to develop strategic objectives to enhance your clients ROI


Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience as B2B Account Manager / Program Manager or similar experience where your role was to directly manage at least 2 key accounts.
  • Previous experience managing key clients where you've been tasked to retain and grow the client revenue over time.
  • You must come from an agency background (i.e. digital agency, marketing agency, outsourcing agency, even recruitment agency or similar) where you worked in a fast paced environment with multiple teams, and managed B2B campaigns.
  • Previous experience managing sales/marketing/digital programs are required.
