They offer
- Base salary ranging from (NZ$75,000 - NZ$95,000) with an OTE & Bonuses of up to NZ$140,000. This depends on your previous experience and capability to manage clients relations.

- Hybrid work set up (at least 3 days on site + 2 days work from home). During training however, you will be expected to be on site 5 days a week.
You will,
- Manage a portfolio of key B2B clients (1 to 3 key clients, managing a total revenue of $600K to $1.5M/year across all clients) and provide the highest standard of support, analysis and insights to ensure program success and ultimately increase revenue opportunities.
- Provide regular Weekly & Quarterly Business Reviews
- Deliver against a quarterly sales target through a mixture of retention and growth
- Work cross-functionally with the operational team to ensure programs are performing to the client’s expectations
- Working with the leadership team to develop strategic objectives to enhance your clients ROI
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience as B2B Account Manager / Program Manager or similar experience where your role was to directly manage at least 2 key accounts.
- Previous experience managing key clients where you've been tasked to retain and grow the client revenue over time.
- You must come from an agency background (i.e. digital agency, marketing agency, outsourcing agency, even recruitment agency or similar) where you worked in a fast paced environment with multiple teams, and managed B2B campaigns.
- Previous experience managing sales/marketing/digital programs are required.
