Senior Account Manager (Property)

Property is one of this employer's core business units, with a vision of making things better for Kiwis through online property experiences they love. They currently have an awesome opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join them on the journey based in Auckland.

This role will see you taking responsibility for building and strengthening existing relationships with clients in the New Homes property sector, ensuring that they are utilising the right products to get the best results for their business and their own clients.

Here's what you can expect from this role:

* Get face-to-face with your clients, from agents and administrators to the C Suite of nationwide commercial property businesses to seek opportunities and drive revenue growth

* Present and pitch digital advertising solutions confidently and with conviction to your clients.

* Develop and implement strategies to deliver results in your market.

* Travel throughout New Zealand (when required) to meet with clients and attend industry events.

* Maintain and grow their reputation of being a 'liked and trusted industry partner' while driving sales and growing revenue.

* Be a champion for the New Homes team within the business, and contribute to our overall vision and strategy.

What you will bring to the team:

* Experience in an Account Management role.

* Experience growing and strengthening relationships with clients at all levels.

* A Media or digital sales background would be a huge advantage for this role.

* Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is desirable but not essential.

* Solid analytical skills - the ability to see opportunities through effective use of data.

* Strong presentation skills - the ability to deliver a compelling story to one or to many

* A background in real estate is useful although not essential to be successful.
