Senior Account Manager

Trade Me is one of New Zealand's most popular websites with over four million members and more than 600,000 Kiwis visiting our site every day.

This role can be based in either Hamilton or Auckland (obviously involving more travel as the role is looking after clients in the Waikato region).

What you can expect in this role:

* Get face-to-face with your clients, from agents and administrators to the C Suite of property businesses.

* Develop and implement strategies to deliver best results in your market.

* Plan and offer product solutions that deliver on the specific needs of clients through applying tailored value propositions.

* Maintain and grow our reputation of being a 'liked and trusted industry partner' while driving sales and growing revenue.

* Identify at risk business and develop solutions to ensure retention

What you'll bring to our team:

* Strong sales experience with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities that benefit all parties.

* Experience growing and strengthening relationships and selling to C-suite level clients.

* Experience in strategic planning to achieve results.

* You'll be resilient, and comfortable being challenged and you'll also know how to respectfully challenge others.

* A media, marketing or digital sales background would be an advantage for this role.

* Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is desirable but not essential.

* Solid analytical skills - the ability to see opportunities through effective use of data.

* Strong presentation skills - the ability to deliver a compelling story to one or many.

* You'll be a confident communicator, who can engage with people from different walks of life.
