We're now on the lookout for a Sales Manager to join us in Auckland, leading a team of Account Managers to drive revenue growth, product adoption and client relationship strength. Here's what you can expect from this role:

* Ensure that your sales team delivers an exceptional customer experience and are seen as respected, highly credible and knowledgeable experts in digital marketing for real estate.

* Deliver sales leadership and coaching that facilitates your team to consistently hit targets and achieve territory targets and objectives

* Drive a positive and engaged team culture - your team is working on the right things, they know how they contribute and they're highly engaged.

* You'll maintain the highest level of customer intimacy through deeply understanding your markets, customers, consumers, competitors and influencers.

* Identify key trends and obtain critical insights from customers, consumers and competitors to help direct and grow the business and assist the product and marketing teams to perfect their work.

* Working collaboratively with your peers to maintain and assist in further developing go to market strategies

What you will bring to our team:

Experience:

* A successful people leader with previous experience in sales leadership and coaching.

* Strong experience in nurturing and growing senior level relationships including C Suite.

* Experienced in strategic planning, sales and account management (real estate industry preferred).

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive difficult conversations.

* A Track record of constructing win/win sales solutions

Critical Competencies:

* A talented people leader who knows how to develop their people to get the best out of them.

* Highly competent with numbers/financials.

* The ability to develop effective customer relationships and achieve growth from sales territories.

* A natural evidence-based decision-maker with a record of sound business decisions.

* An excellent communicator who delivers sharp presentations, has advanced negotiation skills and the ability to drive difficult conversations.
