This employer is a leading distributor of electrical components both within New Zealand and abroad. They are looking for a Sales and Marketing Operations Manager to work closely with the Managing Director and department heads to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
Your key day to day responsibilities in the role will include:
- Overseeing all company communication, advertising and marketing related activities, ensuring that all these activities meet the company’s annual plans
- Sales and marketing strategy
- Analysing Sales and market opportunities
- Supporting the wider team in collecting and collating meaningful data to support sales and marketing strategy
- Company marketing and brand
- Customer and product pricing
To be successful in the role you will be/have:
- A relevant degree/qualification and experience
- A strategic thinker who is a confident and competent decision maker
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Strong people management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in all forms
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Office and relevant software packages
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- A positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities
