About this Role:
This organisation is looking for a registered nurse to join their agile and innovative team. In this role, you will be:
- Managing a caseload in the community
- Undertaking social and clinical assessments
- Developing, overseeing and regularly reviewing support plans
- Mentoring, training and supervising support workers
- Full Time, Monday to Friday. We will consider reduced FTE
- Some on call but phone calls only
- Flexible, including some work from home by negotiation
About you
- A Registered nurse with experience in community, aged care, or mental health
- Collaborative, compassionate, a wonderful communicator able to develop trusting relationships
- Agile, adaptable and flexible with a can do attitude.
- Well organised, excellent time management skills and comfortable with technology (InterRai training would be useful)
- Full Driver’s License
- Vaccination against COVID 19
