The Role:
As a Recruitment Administrator and Support person you will work collaboratively with Consultants to ensure that we are delivering a superior level of service to both clients and candidates. You will play a vital role in being the eyes and ears of our Consultants and assisting in the recruitment process from an administration point of view.
You will support a team of high performing Consultants as well as managing our busy temp and contractor desk with onboarding needs and giving candidates the best experience when starting a new role.

What you will be doing:
- Managing of temps and contractors to fill in weekly timesheets
- Setting up new contractors and temps on all systems
- Scheduling interviews as required
- Complete weekly invoicing and fortnightly payroll
- Conducting reference checks as required
- CRM and database management
- Prepare CVs and supporting documentation as required
- Undertake candidate background checks as required
- Assistance with candidate searches on all platforms
- Admin of our media platforms and contents
What you will need:
- Previous work experience in a professional customer facing role.
- Understanding of the recruitment industry and interest in helping others to succeed.
- Ownership of, and a professional approach to your work.
- An interactive and positive personality.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive, energetic and highly organised personality.
- Basic IT knowledge and skills.
