The Role
- Manage financial performance across multiple live commercial projects
- Prepare progress claims, variations, and subcontractor payment schedules
- Oversee cost reporting and forecasting alongside project managers
- Review subcontractor agreements and ensure compliance with contract terms
- Provide commercial insight and support across procurement and delivery decisions
- Maintain accurate financial records and reporting through company systems
About You
- Proven experience in commercial quantity surveying
- Confident managing contracts, claims, and variations
- Comfortable working alongside both site and office teams
- Detail-driven, organised, and proactive in resolving commercial challenges
