What you will do:‍

• Lead a dynamic Quality Team in the development and implementation of world-class quality management systems.
• Execute end-to-end management of the quality management system, ensuring policies, procedures, and audits exceed customer expectations.
• Drive continuous process improvement across the organisation.
• Develop and execute strategies for QA, QC,  Regulatory and Compliance to meet national and international market standards.
• Motivate and communicate effectively with the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Address production and quality anomalies, promptly resolving customer complaints.

Background Required:‍

• Tertiary level qualification (Pharmaceutical, Food Technology, or similar).
• Significant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing of various product types.
• Expertise in maintaining regulatory licensing (Medsafe / TGA / FDA & MPI).
• In-depth knowledge of GMP certified production methodologies.
• Customer service focus, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
