About the role

In this newly created role you will report directly to the General Manager and have the opportunity to positively impact quality standards by working collaboratively with the wider manufacturing team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to the GMP manufacturing processes.
- Review and create quality documentation across manufacturing for compliance to regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement Quality Control standards to ensure products meet required specifications.
- Maintain accurate QA records for internal and external audits.
- Prepare for and participate in various regulatory compliance audits.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose enhancements.
- Provide ongoing training to maintain a culture of quality awareness.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Biomedical or relevant field.
- Knowledge of best practices in industry regulatory compliance standards and requirements.
- Ability to see multiple solutions to quality issues and provide recommendations to management accordingly.
- Ability to navigate required compliance networks and websites.
- Proficiency in the Mandarin language (spoken) is beneficial.
