The Role
As the Performance and Quality Coordinator, you will:
- Support the delivery of assurance and compliance activities, including audits, management plans, and KPI reporting.
- Manage documentation, competency requirements, and quality systems to ensure contract obligations are met.
- Contribute to client engagement, including resolving non-conformance reports and ensuring effective customer service.
- Assist with financial and compliance processes to align with the company and clients requirements.
- Foster positive relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
About You
We are seeking a motivated professional with:
- Proven experience in contract management, compliance, or quality assurance within the utilities or infrastructure sector.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively while ensuring contract compliance and performance standards are met.
- Knowledge of HSE and quality systems, with a track record of supporting a strong safety culture.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Quality Management or a related discipline (preferred).
