About the role
A fantastic opportunity now exists for a Project Manager where no two days are the same.
Our contact provides an integrated full Facilities Maintenance, outcomes-based service solution to Auckland City Council including open space, hard and soft services under a hybrid self-delivered and sub-contracted partnership model.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Project Manager will lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong leadership skills, and is passionate about delivery high-quality results on time and within budget.
• Civil Engineering Diploma/Degree OR Trade background
• 7 year’s construction experience in Project Management, including tracking and planning projects
• Strong communicator – confident presenting, reporting and negotiating
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, specifications, and change orders
• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors and subcontractor
