Our client creates market leading technology solutions that are used around the world. They are an innovative business with NZ HQ in Mt Eden, Auckland.
The role:
As a Production Administrator you will support to the depot team with maintaining the shipping register, follow operating procedures and ensure systems are updated and required paperwork is provided for domestic and international shipments, along with other general administration tasks.
What you will need:
- Minimum 2 years related experience in an administrative or related role
- Competent with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel.
- Ability to prioritise, complete multiple tasks, and work under deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbally and written)
- Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage as well as exposure to logistics and/or freight forwarding, NZ customs procedures for import and export, knowledge of tariff classifications and claims for duty recovery
