The role:
Your role as a Procurement Business Analyst will be to work with a team of over 140 people on a new and exciting project. Our client is seeking to upgrade their current ERP solution to ensure a more dynamic, fit for purpose business solution across their businesses. If you have solid ERP implementation experience and are seeking to work with a diverse, knowledgeable group of individuals then this role could suit you.
The project is implementing and managing a change transformation of their ERP solution. Much of your role will be to ensure successful implementation of the project outcomes to assist our client in delivering value to their shareholders and providing a quality product to their customers. You will act as the liaison among internal stakeholders to analyse, document, communicate and validate business and system requirements for platform applications.
Due to the changes in the employment world they are understanding of a hybrid model of working. Busy lives and families now need flexibility and they can support you with working in an office and from home at times.
Based on the Nationwide presence of our client, if you can travel to one of their local depot’s you can likely work anywhere in the country.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field
Experience or Skills Required/Desired
- 3+ years' experience working as a Business Analyst on a large-scale ERP project or similar commercial/business experience.
- Highly effective skills in business requirements specification needed
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent documentation and communication skills to ensure clarity and alignment of understanding of requirements
- Well-developed skills in requirements modelling techniques including data and process modelling
- Proven technical understanding and extensive IT project experience
- An understanding of and commitment to continuous service improvement
- Highly effective skills and experience in managing integration and acceptance testing
- Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of data analytics and their application to business needs.
