In this newly created position you will work between the development lab and production to investigate out of spec products, change systems to reduce non conformances, and set up new products with robust production parameters.
You will:
- Work alongside production to understand the current processes
- Investigate non conformances to determine root causes
- Suggest formulation, process, ingredient or other changes to reduce non conformances
- Write SOPs and train staff to cement new practices
- Work alongside R&D chemists on the upscaling of new products
You will need:
- A BSc / BTech or similar
- Some experience in formulating FMCG products (personal care / cleaning / pharma or food)
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment of FMCG goods
- Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to work across multiple teams
