The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to become an integral part of the Supply Chain team. In this role you will manage the short and long-term production planning requirements, ensuring efficient use of our manufacturing resources. Whether you're moving up in your career, or sideways, you will have your finger on the pulse of all planning, forecasting, scheduling, and purchasing activities ensuring they are accurate and supporting operations.Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will work collaboratively with the Commercial and Quality teams to maintain a focus on the demand management cycle and strive for continuous improvement opportunities.
Key Accountabilities include:
- Production scheduling
- Site procurement activities
- Reporting and Analysis
- Sales Distribution Planning

About You:
To excel in this role, you will have a good mixture of the following:
- Experienced planning/procurement professional
- Tertiary qualification or CPIM qualification is preferable
- Demonstrated experience using MS Office Suite and ERP systems
- The ability to work collaboratively
- The ability to problem solve and demonstrate initiative
- High levels of attention to detail and a focus on collaboration
- Excellent communication, liaison, and negotiation skills
