Physiotherapist Team Leader - Inpatient Services

About the Job

  • Team leadership opportunity for an experienced and driven Physiotherapist
  • Based within Wellington's largest Private Hospital which has exciting growth and expansion plans in place.
  • Reporting to the Regional manager
  • Responsible for the performance and delivery of the services
  • Manage and lead inpatient services across two Wellington based Private Hospitals with clinical caseload across inpatient and outpatient
  • Promote quality focused care through the provision of advanced clinical skills, clinical leadership and the mentoring/education of your team.

About you

  • A registered Physiotherapist with a current practicing certificate, you have 4+ years of experience in Physiotherapy service delivery.
  • You’ll have both Inpatient (Orthopaedics, Spinal surgery and cardiovascular care) and Outpatients Experience. MSK skills or community-based rehabilitation desired.
  • You’re keen to be part of a bigger picture of clinical care; from pre-operative management, post-operative care and to help wrap the right services around patients for the best outcome.
  • You have proven relationship building skills, as well as a strong clinical desire to learn and be a contributing member of a wider multidisciplinary team.
  • You have a drive for business development and contribution to regional service goals.
