Here's what you can expect from this role:
* Develop and execute on the SEM strategy in collaboration with Google and marketing leaders to optimise for conversion and lift ROAS across core metrics for Jobs.
* Budget planning/allocation and reporting for all SEM campaigns across desktop and mobile.
* Develop the paid social strategy. Execute best practice to feed awareness and move audience down the funnel.
* Monitor & evaluate key channels & campaigns regularly to understand what's working & how they can be improved. Test & iterate for best results, striving for continuous improvement.
* Work closely with external suppliers (e.g. agency partners & search engine providers) to maximise effectiveness of campaign performance.
* Build effective relationships and collaborate with various internal stakeholders to bring their performance campaigns to life - including Design, Product, Sales & the wider Marketing team.
* Champion performance marketing within the Classifieds team, becoming the subject matter expert and offering best practice guidance and support for Property and Motors too.
* Look for synergies across B2C marketing activities to see where we can learn and improve from each other and proactively implement initiatives to leverage these
* Provide direction, leadership and coaching to one direct report to ensure they have the clarity and ownership they need to fuel their curiosity to grow within their role.
What you will bring to the team:
* 3+ years' experience in performance marketing - planning, executing, optimising campaigns, ideally focusing on SEM.
* Previous proven track record managing complex marketing campaigns across all channels in excess of $50k monthly budgets.
* Google AdWords certification is a must for this role.
* Experience in Meta for Business is essential, plus TikTok Ads Manager would be a bonus.
