People Coordinator

Here's what you can expect from this role:

Manage the coordination of the end to end employee experience including (but not limited to):

* Manage the onboarding process as well as the departing employee exit process this includes improving the process through Tupu capability.

* Creation of variations and employment contracts

* Ensure that the people movements report and resignation spreadsheet are always accurate

* Manage and coordinate all HR systems ensuring that they are up to date with new employees, departing employees and movements within the business.

* Immigration administration support to employees. This includes providing the relevant information required to assist with their application.

Payroll support including:

* Coordinating paperwork in regards to team member changes, leavers and starters for payroll's pay run each fortnight.

* Liaise with payroll when required to provide guidance around employment queries.

* Maternity/Parental leave administration.

* Pulling employee referral reports and coordinating bounty payments with Payroll.Support the Talent Acquisition team with administration requests such as

* Updating and sending out weekly internal careers emails.

* Manage the careers inbox - responding to general queries.

Other People team support including

* Assist in the development of HR practises

* Dealing with all administration requests from organising training sessions to reviewing documentation

* Providing reports/data as required by People Leaders

* Updating their People Dashboard, Turnover reporting, Annual Leave Liability reports.

* Co-ordinating the People Team information for the monthly Fin ops Report

Experience:

* Communicates well both in writing and verbally.

* High attention to detail and to following processes

* Builds appropriate professional, friendly and accessible relationships.

* Appreciates and understands the need for confidentiality in dealing with sensitive data and all HR issues.

* Great problem solver and an even greater sense of determination to find a way to make it work.

* Administrative experience

* Experience working across multiple HR systems.

* Experience with G-suite is advantageous.

* Ability to cope with business complexity.

* Ideally an HR qualification
