About the role

Key Focus of this role:
- Responsible for Payroll for approximately 90 staff (70% Payroll is Salaried balance Production etc)
- Participate in managing & implementing HR & Employment Services
- Implement Safety, Health & Environment policies/procedures
- Providing excellent support to the Management Team
- Broad mix of various administrative duties
Background & Skills:
- Impressive communication with a diverse mix of personalities from production to management.
- Possess competent computer skills including MS Word, Excel (Intermediate +), Powerpoint etc.
- Have a foundation level of knowledge of HR & Health & Safety etc.
- High degree of discretion, judgement & confidentiality in dealing with sensitive/confidential matters.
- Ability to compose & present correspondence of a non-specialist nature.
- Strong organisational skills & able to multitask, managing competing priorities with attention to detail.
